Leonardo Hotel Hamburg Elbbruecken

The room was very small and don't even get me started on the filthy window, I almost couldn't look outside. Can someone explain why the shower door doesn't close? I expected a complimentary gesture for all the inconvenience but got nothing, just plain disregard really. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

We were there for 1 day, everything was great, greatly enjoyed its particularly good and absolutely perfect location right by city center, the Christmas market and S-Bahn...

Quick check-in and excellent service. Neat and well laid out room with exceptionally comfortable bed and an electric kettle, central heating, and an electronic key card. Perfect and great location to a modern concert hall.

Our stay over the weekend was good. The room offered a mini fridge and kettle for late-night snacks. The nearby supermarket and bakery were perfect for breakfast. Friendly staff and easy check-in made it stress-free. Don't miss the highlight of the vending machine for quick bites!

Just off of motorway, so easy to find, it is a good hotel close to local rail way and nice staff

Great for couples getaway

We really appreciated the cleanliness of our room! We found hot beverages in the room and they were lifesavers after long days. The beds were comfortable, helping us rest well at night, a big plus!

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but for what we got, it was still alright.

Awful location and bad neighbourhood

Perfect hotael for its price. Though it is located near to the road,it was not a problem. First of all we have chosen it because of location,because we travelled by car. The room was very big,spacious,very good furniture,also the room is very cosy. The bathroom has a big size. The room had everything for tourist- tea,coffee,tea pot,cups,plasters E.T.C. The stuff is perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thanks a lot!

It was just a perfect match for resting at all in Hamburg with great value for money. The air conditioning kept the room nice and cool despite the warm weather, a treat. If you're driving, be sure to use the back entrance to avoid navigation issues.

I arrived at 9. 05pm on monday and was told the restaurant had closed, although there was a 'small items' menu. Pizzas were not available, and I could only have soup or a pasta dish. I had the pasta and it tasted as if it had been waiting around all evening. You say you are a four star hotel but this was three, maybe two star service and food quality. You need to improve. The staff were helpful! The large and cosy room, equipped with a mini fridge and bathtub, felt inviting and relaxed.

Reaching the hotel can be a bit of a challenge, especially at night, due to its isolated location. The decor? Definitely outdated, giving off an old vibe that could use refreshing.
